Organisation & declaration
Review declared scope, responsibilities, personnel and material organisational changes against current practice.
An independent, structured annual internal review for Declared Training Organisations, focused on the DTO’s tasks, responsibilities, procedures, training activity and continued compliance.
The annual internal review required by DTO.GEN.270 is an opportunity to test whether the declared organisation still reflects reality: who does what, which training is being delivered, which resources are used, what changed during the year and whether actions from previous reviews were actually closed.
Leading Edge can conduct or support that review independently and produce a structured record that is easy to understand, evidence and follow up.
The scope is tailored to the DTO’s courses, activity and changes during the review period. Typical areas include:
Review declared scope, responsibilities, personnel and material organisational changes against current practice.
Check programme status, revisions, delivery, instructor use and whether changes have been captured and controlled.
Review aircraft, FSTDs, facilities, training records and other resources relevant to the courses actually provided.
Consider regulatory and internal changes, safety/compliance signals and the status of previous findings or improvement actions.
Tell us about your organisation, approval or operation and the outcome you need. We can define a proportionate scope before work starts.
